After installing the plugin, you can start building your forms by clicking the Slack Form Buider option from the WordPress Dashboard left menu options
After making any form, you can implement it on any page, post or widget of yourwebsiteby using the form’s shortcode. Under Slack Form Builder Option, click the sub menu option; Contact forms to navigate to the shortcode dashboard
On the Mail Settings tab found on the Slack Form Builder page.
